Thank you for understanding our sensei's absence; we were the group from Isshin Ryu karate. Just an update for you, Sensei Churchill is currently recovering from the successful surgery and will be attending classes again on Monday. We are, however, hoping he doesn't insist on participating extensively; we don't want him to harm himself trying to teach us. The group that attended your seminar has incorporated your teachings into our everyday routine; I have been doing the stretches everyday since, and it has truly improved my athletic performance. We had a great time and your seminar brought together alot of schools who may have not otherwise met outside of the tournament scene. Many thanks also for signing the scrolls that George Jackson has been sending to our troops overseas in combat zones. They usually arrive at the bases at Christmas. We posted a bunch of photos on our facebook page. Feel free to use any of those, More photos expected soon.
